Business Analyst - Compensation Management

 

Join the Lifion, by ADP team and help us build a revolutionary new suite of products to manage human capital across the globe. Our Business Analyst -  Compensation Management will collaborate across the Lifion organization and work closely with our teams in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Compensation Management capabilities
    • Compensation planning, reporting, and eligibility
    • Pay for performance
  • Drive integration with Performance, Core HR, and Payroll
  • Help manage the product backlog: turn features into stories & maintain the development pipeline to support business priorities
  • Engage with all members of the scrum team to help provide an end-to-end view of product through all stages of development

Minimum qualifications:

  • Either a Business, Organizational Design, or HR background with strong understanding of best practice compensation management models
  • Knowledge of product management fundamentals
  • Ability to break down complex product development problems into iterative releases
  • Experience working on a scrum team as either the leading PO, or as a Business Analyst providing user stories
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, i.e. scrum

Preferred qualifications:

  • Some basic development background (Javascript, XML/XSL, SQL, Java, etc.)
  • Proven track record in building software for enterprise (B2B)
