Product Marketing & Enablement Senior Leader

 

Summary

The Lifion program is looking for a dynamic, motivated and customer-oriented product marketing and sales enablement leader to help take our industry-changing HCM platform to market.  Reporting to the Go To Market Lead and leading a small high-performing team, this person will help Lifion leadership figure out ideal target customer, competitive positioning, pricing and product strategy.   They will also be responsible for building scalable, repeatable sales strategy, content & training.  This person will combine a deep & hands-on understanding of enterprise sales, best-in-class product marketing, and the HCM landscape to empower clients, sales, implementation and support teams to be wildly successful.

 

Responsibilities include:

Product Marketing

  • Ideal client profile
  • GTM toolkit (decks, one-sheets, videos)
  • Demo assets
  • Constantly figure out ways to build top of the funnel using ADP resources
  • Own key brand assets like website
  • Event strategy & execution (internal and external)
  • Release marketing
  • Customer marketing in partnership with Client Success
  • Messaging & Positioning
  • Messaging hierarchy
  • Positioning to various buyers across various segments & industries

 

Sales Enablement

  • Driving programs to roll out across multi-thousand person sales team
  • Evangelizing across broader ADP and industry
  • Driving early deals and hitting targets
  • Being hands on in complex deals
  • Consultative selling to tough prospects upmarket
  • Problem-solve in real-time and create lasting partnerships
  • Know when to walk away
  • Sell as a team with ADP
  • Pricing & Packaging
  • Roadmap for pricing evolution as capabilities evolve
  • Bring increasing rigor to figuring out pricing
  • Smart packaging and bundling
  • Voice of market back to product
  • Drive sustainable processes to bring voice of client back into product systematically
  • Partnering with Implementation & Client Success
  • Create seamless client experience with implementation lead
  • Partner with them to create clear expectations to sales and prospects
  • Implementation product feedback back into Impl team
  • Driving potential upsell opportunities and managing relationships for tough accounts

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years professional experience in product marketing, sales operations, sales engineering
  • Solid understanding of ADP, our client base, the HCM technology market and product implementations
  • Experience working with sales, implementation teams and customers (HR practitioners/leaders)
  • Ability and willingness to work through ambiguous problems through a ‘test/learn/refine’ mindset
