Marketing Designer

 

At Lifion, we’re reinventing HCM software -- and having a lot of fun doing it. We’re looking for a designer to join our Go To Market team and help us drive the success of a product that’s positioned to change the way companies work.

You’ll partner closely with our agile marketing team, synthesizing design with copy to tell the Lifion story and present it in a powerful, engaging way. This is a unique opportunity to shape the way the world consumes a brand new product (backed by a Fortune 500 company); you’ll have ownership, accountability, and a ton of responsibility. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, implementation, and product teams to learn the ins and outs of our next-gen HCM platform and apps & help build and expand our brand. This is truly an opportunity to think outside the box and get ridiculously creative -- we’re looking for curious, independent, expressive, and aspirational thinkers.


Responsibilities

  • Drive creation of multiple types of creative content that will assist in sales, marketing, recruiting and internal culture building efforts

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of creative projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders while managing expectations of delivery dates

  • Build and deliver on digital creative libraries and style guides


  • Specific content pieces will include (but not be limited to):

    • Marketing: Content to help drive sales pipeline

      • Static content: infographics, one pagers, ‘slicks’, photography, Office Suite templates

      • Website: ongoing design and upkeep, user testing, landing pages, sales material

    • “Internal marketing”: Content to help reinforce key cultural values

      • Static content: Posters, desk drops, banners

    • Sales: Assets to help drive the sales process

      • Static content: Case studies, guides, ROI calculators

    • Recruiting: Content to help promote our talent brand

      • Static content: Case studies, informational material, website updates



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of digital design experience, ideally in the software or technology space

  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, Office Suite, Keynote and InVision

  • Experience in web design (HTML/CSS, Wordpress) is a plus

  • Strong project management skills (Asana wizards most welcome)

  • Drive to create scalable and repeatable processes for content creation

  • Detail-oriented but can shift gears to high-level thinking when necessary
