This role is part of the ADP Next Generation HCM team and will help build a revolutionary new suite of Human Capital Management products for people across the globe. At ADP, we are Always Designing for People™, and our Technical Product Owner - Next Generation HCM Payroll will be the product manager at the center of the teams across ADP’s next generation HCM and ADP’s next generation payroll products. You will plan, design, build, and deliver a market-leading, differentiated, best-of-breed payroll product for ADP.
Lead local Agile development team(s) day-to-day, including backlog creation & prioritization and roadmapping future capabilities
Work closely with UX on product design & research, as well as be a strong partner with development on the product delivery
Manage the product backlog, translate product functionality & features into stories and maintain the development pipeline to support business priorities
Become/Be the point of contact and subject matter expert for owned product areas
Work closely with local and remote teams to ensure product alignment to a larger product suite
Synthesize key requirements from internal stakeholders, multiple SMEs locally & remotely, UX research, and clients directly
...all ultimately to ensure the build & delivery of a market-leading, differentiated, best-of-breed payroll product for ADP
5-7+ years of product management experience bringing products from concept to multiple in-market iterations
Direct, precise, clear communicator within your own team, across dependent teams, across timezones & locations, and with Sr Leadership
Keen problem solving and prioritization skills, able to rapidly ingest, absorb, synthesize and act on new information
Experience working with/in large enterprises and driving alignment with multiple stakeholders across different parts of the organization
Strong preference for experience in the HCM domain, e.g. Payroll, Time, Compensation
Bonus points for having worked in an innovation program at a large company
