We rapidly generate ideas, validate their alignment (quickly forget and stop pursuing if they don't) and drive execution. We anticipate and proactively solve problems, even when outside our scope. We overcome resistance to change, we look for ideas everywhere, and are not limited by “not invented here" (see thank you note below).
